Envoy offers all patients free telephonic access to a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) who answers routine questions about diabetes, including testing, diet and exercise. Of course, our Certified Diabetes Educator does not provide clinical advice, but always refers patients to their health care providers for the treatment of specific medical problems.
