Lawrence Kries, CEO, has more than 30
years of healthcare service experience. Larry served as a
member of the management team of HealthAmerica Corporation
from its early development through its growth as a NYSE-listed,
nationwide managed care company. Recruited to serve as President
of Miami-based CareFlorida Health Systems, Larry turned the
struggling health plan around, growing it to more than 150,000
HMO and PPO members, before it merged with Foundation Health.
Larry served as COO and then CEO of Kelson Pediatric Partners,
a start-up venture, where he led the development of the
country’s largest operator and manager of pediatric
medical practices. He also served as President and CEO
of RxStrategies, a pharmacy benefit manager.
Robert Conway, Envoy’s Director of Operations, has
more than 30 years of healthcare billing, collection and
Medicare compliance experience. Before joining Envoy, Bob
worked with Larry Kries at CareFlorida, where he managed
the health plan’s customer service and claims functions.
Earlier in his career, he worked for Foster Medical, a large
provider of durable medical equipment, in a senior operations
role. Bob also served in a key management capacity with Vitas
Healthcare, the nation’s largest hospice provider.
Andrew Zaback, Vice President, brings nearly 25 years of
healthcare business development experience, including helping
Larry Kries build Kelson Pediatric Partners from a start-up
to more than $125 million in revenue. Andy served in similar
capacities at two publicly traded healthcare services companies:
MedPartners and Rehability Corporation. Andy has also worked
with several investment firms that have specialized in healthcare
service businesses.
A Certified Public Accountant with more
than 15 years of experience, Marissa Dermer serves as Envoy’s
Controller. She worked with Larry Kries in the same role at
RxStrategies, a prescription benefit management company. Marissa
has served in a similar capacity with several other ventures
and began her career as an auditor for a large regional public
accounting firm. |
