Envoy Health – Products, Services
and Online Store for Diabetes Management Envoy Health is a nationwide supplier of home-delivered diabetes
supplies and products. We also provide support for people with
diabetes through education, resources and self-care services.
We work with people who have diabetes—and their family members, medical
providers, and health insurers—to support the regular self-monitoring
of blood glucose and to promote the active self-management
of diabetes.
Envoy provides home delivery of name brand self-monitoring
diabetes tests and supplies, educational materials, and access
to a Hotline staffed by a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE).
